The Lumpy Ridge area in Estes Park, CO is a great rock climbing area. Tommy Caldwell, the first man in the world to free-climb El Capitan's Dawn Wall, started climbing as a young boy at Lumpy Ridge in Rocky Mountain National Park. On any given day, take a hike on the trails near Lumpy Ridge and look up and you will see a lot of rock climbing (small image of a climber in the center/bottom of the photo).
