Old Man Mountain is one of the oldest and largest sacred Native American sites in Colorado for going back more than 5,000 years. It is one of only three documented Colorado vision-quest sites. It was used regularly by the Ute Indian tribe in the 1800s for vision quests. :#critique:

I love seeing a single flower in front of a mountain range as it shows the insignificant small against the vast mountain range in the distance.

Nothing better than to have nature add the correct amount of colors for your photograph. And it is on a day to day basis. One day it's great and the next day it rains and many of the leaves are down and it is entirely a different and not as impressive photograph. So, you have to plan it perfectly and also...

Sometimes a single object in front of the mountains can make an impact on what you are seeing and photographing. I moved around multiple times until I felt I had the right angle and placement of the tree as not to overpower the mountains, but to just give the photograph a little more interesting feel and...

There’s nothing better in a mountain photograph when a perfect day gets reflected in the water. Reflection adds so much to a photograph especially when the day is gorgeous, too! :#critique:
