CUSTOM DESIGN YOUR SPECIALS AND EVENTS FOR THE CALENDARS:
There are 2 types of calendars available for the visitors: a specials calendar and an event calendar. You have a powerful business design center to post in the daily calendar for all type of specials (birthdays, discounts, sales, special seasonal menus, free offers, promotions, etc.) or events (bond park, children, cultural, dancing, educational, fair grounds, festival, music concerts, outdoor activities, etc.) For instance, visitors can view all the special sales or all the special menus at a restaurant for a specific day. If you custom design a coupon (shown below), your coupon will appear on that day. There are numerous types of coupons that you can custom design for the visitors. Each web site page displays a random post for both the specials calendar and the event calendar. (shown below)
 

The calendar includes additional information of each post. Each post could contain (optional):
XTRA button, when clicked, displays a custom style sheet about your promotion (explained below).
ABOUT button, when clicked, display a profile of your business (explained below).
EMAIL button, when clicked, allows a visitor to contact you by email.
COUPON button, when clicked, displays the coupon that you have created to complement the promotion for that day.
 

CUSTOM DESIGN YOUR SPECIALS AND EVENTS COUPONS:
You have many types of coupons that you can custom design (birthdays, discounts, $ amount coupons, etc.) Your coupon will have an expiration date and can have stipulations attached to the coupon. The birthday coupon can have the requirement that it must be used on the person's birthday, the week of the birthday or the month of the birthday. The coupon will have the person's name printed on the coupon. Here are a couple of examples shown below:
 

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift certificates (optional) can be sold to the visitors. The sale of the gift certificate by credit or debit card is authenticated, approved (by PayPal) and the money goes directly into your bank account. There are 2 types of gift certificates that you can sell. The first type of gift certificate is a dollar to dollar gift certificate. If a person purchases a $50.00 gift certificate, the buyer will receive a $50.00 gift certificate. The second type of gift certificate is a bonus gift certificate. If a person purchases a $50.00 gift certificate, the buyer will receive a percentage increase ($50.00 purchase might be a $60.00 gift certificate - a 20% bonus). The bonus gift certificate is custom designed by you. The samples are shown below:
 

YOUR BUSINESS PROFILE (WHAT THE VISITOR CAN SEE):
Your business profile gives the visitor a terrific overview of your business. This is a very powerful marketing tool for you to introduce your business to the visitors. On the top of your profile will be buttons for the visitor to click. Some of the button information has been described above:
 

There are additional features available on your business profile. These include how your business has been rated by your customers (thumbs up or thumbs down), your business address, your telephone number, your web site (if available), an overview about your business and comments about your business. Your customers can also leave comments about their experience with your business and you CAN LEAVE REPLIES TO THOSE COMMENTS.
 

A custom designed style sheet (additional information, announcement, art show, celebration, entertainment, events, food menu, guided tours, specials, etc.) can be created to add additional information about your business. Two examples are shown below:
 

 

VIDEO & MAP:
A map to your business will be automatically added to help the visitor find your business. Directions on how to drive to your business is automatically generated. You have the option to add a custom designed video to your profile showing the visitor what your business is all about. This is a very powerful way to market you business to the visitors. If you already have a video or you can create your own video, just upload it to youTUBE and your video will be seen on your business profile. If you do not have the ability to create you own video, contact Outdoor Eyes for assistance (Outdoor Eyes does not create videos for your business). Your custom business video is optional... but it will DEFINITELY help market your business.
 

SPECIAL DISCOUNT CODE & RESTRICTIONS FOR LODGING:
Lodging has another type of discount code (optional). If a visitor registers on the telephone and gives the special discount code, the visitor receives a % discount that you have decided to offer. You can also enter discount code restrictions (time of the year, minimum days reserved, etc.)
 

OPT-IN EMAIL LIST:
Give the visitor the opportunity to be notified of your special promotions, new products, announcements, etc. by signing up for your email opt-in list. When you have a special promotion, you can send bulk email to all the visitors that have signed up.

FREQUENT REWARDS CARD:
Custom design a Frequent Rewards Card for customers that purchase from your business and reward them for multiple purchases.
